How To Get Started

Once you’ve selected your desired facility, the next step is to choose your rate from the chart above. We offer 30-minute & one-hour sessions for 1-on-1 personal training, and one-hour sessions for group training.

Then, you’ll select the trainer you’d like to work with from the list below. The final step is to head into the facility to purchase your preferred package. From there, you’ll work with your trainer directly to plan your training schedule.

New Member Kickstart Program

At Fox Fitness, new members receive a free consultation with one of our certified personal trainers. Components
and benefits of the Kickstart program may include:

  • Assistance with defining your goals.
  • Assessing your baseline health levels.
  • Education about our cardio and strength equipment.
  • Tips on how to develop your own workout program.
