Once you’ve selected your rate from the chart above, you’ll pick out which trainer you’d like to work with from the
list below. Then, visit our facility to purchase the package. From there, you’ll work directly with your trainer to
figure out the best dates and times for your schedule.

New Member Kickstart Program

At Fox Fitness, new members receive a free consultation with one of our certified trainers. Components and benefits of a Kickstart may include:

  • Assistance with defining your goals.
  • Assessment of your baseline health levels.
  • Education about our cardio and strength equipment.
  • Tips on how to develop your own workout program.
