Fox Valley Park District offers you group exercise for greater health and wellness at an excellent value. When you join our Fox Fitness program, you enjoy unlimited access to more than 170 group exercise classes at our three fitness locations. You also receive reduced rates for specialty classes such as Zumba, yoga and Tai Chi!

Energized, social and fun, our group exercise is led by professionally certified instructors for levels from beginner to advanced. The following are just a few of the classes you’ll find at our fitness centers (amenities and schedules vary by location).
